VOCES LATINAS TV SHOW is an awarded Hispanic television program started by Tony Rios Jr. and premiered on Buckeye Broadband in
August 1996.
Our staff prides themselves in their professionalism, providing the viewership from NW, Ohio and SE, Michigan with a one-hour of variety dynamic, bilingual, and timely subjects programming, educational and entertaining programs designed to make a difference in the Latino/Hispanic community.
Since 1996, TONY RIOS ENTERPRISES INC. (TRE, Inc.) has been a pioneer of the local Hispanic TV and radio broadcasting business. TRE, Inc. is a multi-faceted, multi-lingual, multi-cultural broadcasting and Video Production Company certified by the State of Ohio as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). We are proud to have been serving our region for over 25 years. TRE, Inc. staff built strong relationships with our clients and Hispanic consumers through our TV and radio productions. Our vision, goals, and partnerships have made possible the recent opening of our fully equipped TV recording studio and offices, located in the Broadway corridor, the heart of Toledo Hispanic organizations.

Voces Latinas was honored to receive these awards from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS) Outstanding Media Outlet awarded by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Northwest Ohio Chapter (AFP NWO).

For 40 years Mr. Rios has worked as a professional entertainer, host of his own TV show "Voces Latinas TV" and his own Radios Shows, "LatinoMix 97.3 FM and Caliente with Tony Rios 107.7 FM in Toledo, OH. "From Toledo, Ohio to the world". He always is looking to keep his Latino culture alive, showcasing diversity in the Latino world.

She was born in Barranquilla, on the northern Caribbean coast of Colombia. She attended law school and graduate as an attorney. Thereafter got married to Tony Rios Jr. she came to the U.S. and she became the hostess of VOCES LATINAS TV.
Her passion for her culture makes her work hard to reach her personal challenge, which is to empower the local Latino/Hispanic community and helping them to keep their Latino roots alive. Currently, she is the President and CEO of TRE, INC. a company dedicated to video production, TV & Radio Production, and Latino entertainment.
Milva is from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. After more than 30 years of experience in professional fundraising, non-profit organizations, and government entities, Milva started her company, MVW Dynamic Advancements, offering a variety of services including Fundraising Consulting, Grant Writing, Bilingual Services, and much more.
Her busy life as a wife, mother, fitness instructor, and businesswoman is not an obstacle to doing television. Currently, Milva is hosting a segment of VOCES LATINAS TV SHOW called Enterate! where she invites non-profits and other organizations to talk about their valuable services to Hispanics and the community in general.
From Venezuela, Arsenia is theologian, teacher, family and child development specialist, international evangelist, and passionate about carrying the gospel and serving the community. Beloved wife and mother of two beautiful daughters.
She is the current Director of the program: Sanadas Para Sanar (Healed to heal others) which is broadcast on Tele-Paraíso Portuguesa, Tele-Paraíso-Chabasquén and Tele-Paraíso Radio in Venezuela, on www.SoldadosDeCristo.org throughout the Hispanic world and Facebook Live. and at the same time hosts a segment of VOCES LATINAS TV "Conexiones "
She is a national and international speaker in Africa, Venezuela, Cuba, Colombia, Argentina, Spain, and the United States
She is a native of Ejido Guadalupe Victoria, Sinaloa, Mexico. At a young age, she came to the USA after she graduates in Management of Tourism Enterprises. She got married to José Lopez, who has been her inspiration for all her projects. Books writer and author of "Lágrimas De Un Diario", Guadalupe D. Lopez, plays a variety of roles in her life. The most important to her is to be a mother. She has two boys, both are professional and very proud of their mom. The third role is her passion; as a businesswoman, her dream was to invest in a very well-known local restaurant franchise. She dreamed about it and she got it, so she opened her own Mexican restaurant called "OLD" El Camino.
Currently, Guadalupe is hosting "El Rincón Del Artista", a segment of VOCES LATINAS TV SHOW. Here, as a poetess, she shares her own poems with the Latino/Hispanic community, all of them in Spanish.
