Voces Latinas TV is an awarded Hispanic television program started by Tony Rios Jr. and premiered on Buckeye Cable on August 1996.
Our staff prides themselves in their professionalism providing the viewership from NW, OHIO, SE, Michigan with a one hour of variety dynamic, bilingual, and timely subjects programing, educational, cultural and entertaining programs designed to make a difference in the Latino/Hispanic community.
In 1996 and 1997, we were honored to receive from A.C.M Central The Philo T. Farnsworth Awards for excellence in community programming of Voces Latinas TV Show in the states of Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio.

Her mission is helping entrepreneurial women who are transitioning from low points in their mindset, creativity and God-given talents to create a better lifestyle and profit with a purpose.
Victoria is a multitalented woman, and one of her dreams was to start a marketing agency and she achieved it, now she is the co -owner of INSPIRE MULTIMEDIA SOLUTIONS.

She was born in Barranquilla, located in northern caribbean coast of Colombia. She attended law school and graduate as an attorney. There after got married with Tony Rios Jr. she came to U.S. and she became the hostess of VOCES LATINAS TV
Her passion for her culture makes her work hard to reach her personal challenge which is to empower the local Latino/Hispanic community and helping them to keep their Latino roots alive. Currently, she is the President and CEO of TRE, INC.
Maryori, took the business to the next level, now TRE INC. not only produces the unique bilingual TV Show in Northwest, OH but also co-owns OHIO TeVe, the authentic Hispanic tv channel in Ohio. in the meantime, she partnered with her co-worker Victoria Ortega and they started a new marketing agency in Ohio called INSPIRE MULTIMEDIA SOLUTIONS.
Theologian, teacher, family and child development specialist, international evangelist and passionate about carrying the gospel and serving the community. Beloved wife and mother of two beautiful daughters.
For 40 years Mr. Rios has worked as a professional entertainer, host of his own TV show "Voces Latinas TV" and his own Radios Shows, "LatinoMix 97.3 FM and Caliente with Tony Rios 107.7 FM in Toledo, OH., From Toledo, Ohio to the world, now he starts a new adventure called OHIO TeVe. As a co-owner of this 24/7 Latino TV Channel , he is looking to keep his latino culture alive in the entire State of Ohio and show case the diversity into the Latino world.
He was born in Austin Texas, the oldest of 4 children. At age 5, he began to preach the gospel of Christ. Because he was homeschooled by his grandmother, he was able to devote a great deal of time to his ministry. At age 9, he became the Praise and Worship leader at a small Spanish speaking church in Defiance OH. It was then he began to learn and become fluent in speaking, singing, and preaching in Spanish. He then became the youngest member of the Hispanic Awareness Organization voted in by the adult body. Currently, he is involved with several community organizations and social service agencies. His desire to have a television ministry caused him to start a local access television show where he edited, produced, and recorded his own bi-weekly show which still airs on DCTV today. Bishop Boes was ordained in 2006 by Bishop Ronald Ferebee. He continued traveling and opened his first church at age 15 in Hamilton, Ohio. Having a divine call to preach the gospel to all, Jamaica, Canada, the Dominican Republic, the Netherlands, Germany, and Honduras. At 17, he opened in Toledo Ohio, a second church. As the church began to grow, the passion to build churches on foreign shores grew as well, he began to establish and build churches in the country of Mexico. He oversees churches in Ohio, Illinois, Texas, Mexico, Honduras, the Dominican Republic and Chile.
